You start with a 30 minute compression boot session, perfect for bringing blood flow and stimulating lymphatic drainage making your legs feel brand new!
Once you're out of the boots, you get free entry into Westport leisure parks newly refurbished Health Spa. This includes a sauna (up to 80 degrees celsius), a steam room and a plunge pool (as cold as 10 degrees celsius, brrr!). You also have access to a relaxation room where you can practice your breath work and escape for a while!
